- By commissioning me you agree to my terms of service, breaking them will result in a partial refund and being blacklisted.- My commissions are for personal use only. The exception being for decorative uses in profiles or streams. I do not currently take commercial commissions.- Using my work for training AI or NFT is prohibited.- I intend to use the commission for portfolios, examples for future commissions and post it to my social medias. If you do not wish me to post your commission please let me know, however do be mindful that it will at least be used in my portfolios.- I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.- Commissions will take longer depending on my availability, I am still a student so please have patience. Commissions with deadlines may be subject to extra fees depending on how close the deadline is.- Reposting/Sharing your commission is allowed, please always credit me (@ZerrySilver88).- Being rude, aggressive or inappropriate will result in a cancelation of your commission.Payment- Payment will be through Paypal, If you live in Sweden I can accept/prefer payments through Swish.- Before I begin working on the commission I will ask for a 50% deposit (NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER SKETCH) of the price.- In the case of cancelation before the sketch is finished/approved I will offer a 25% refund.- If I cannot complete a commission, I will offer a partial refund (no lower than 25%) depending on the progress I've done on the commission.- The prices listed in my commission sheet are the base prices. Depending on complexity and extras the price will change.Process- I will be providing updates whenever a step of the process has been completed (sketch, flats, etc). You may ask for more updates on certain parts of the commission.- You are entitled to 4 changes during the sketch and flats phases. More changes and/or changes during further progress of the commission will be subject to extra fees (price changes based on complexity and phase).- Visual references are preferred over written descriptions, if the description is far too complicated with little-to-no visual references it may be rejected/subject to extra fees.- Once the artwork has been accepted and paid for it will be emailed to you as a full res png + a lower res png with watermark for posting.
